Body ki sahi growth ke liye santulit or paustic bojan lena bahut hi jarori hai. Lambai ko badne ke liye ye jaror le-

  1. Protin– Height ko increase karne ke liye protin ka use kare. Protin hume fish, soyabin, mugfali, mass, daal main milta hai.
  2. VitaminBody growth or height ke liye santulit matra main vitamin a,b,c,d ka use karne. Vitamin hume milk, dahi, fruits, vegetables, aanj main milta hai.
  3. Kanij– Height ko increase karne ke liye calcium, jink, fasforus, etc ka use kare. Green vegetable, dry fruits, fruits, dahi, lasssi etc main bhut matra main kanij paaya jaata hai.

Tips 2 – Exercise for increasing height
